I accept select insurance plans. If you are looking to utilize your insurance benefits, please inquire directly to see if I am an in-network provider with your insurance plan.

If I am not in-network with your insurance plan but you have a PPO plan with another insurance company, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement from your insurance provider via out-of-network benefits. I am happy to provide a billing statement (also known as a “superbill”) upon request for you to submit to your insurance company, but please note that I cannot guarantee whether you will be reimbursed or at what rate. I recommend that you contact your insurance provider prior to our first appointment to inquire about your out-of-network benefits and determine whether you may qualify for reimbursement. Please note that insurance companies require a mental health diagnosis to be on file for all patients, even those who use out-of-network benefits. I am happy to provide more information regarding out-of-network benefits if you have questions.

If I am not an in-network provider for your insurance plan, and/or you wish to opt out of using insurance completely for privacy or other reasons, private pay services are available at the rates listed above.
